Sealed bids are invited by University of the Punjab from interested manufacturers / Authorized / Sole Distributors / Contractors / Suppliers registered with GST & NTN on single stage two envelop basis for the following descriptions.

Bids only through E-Pak Acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) will be entertained (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). No bid other than EPADS will be accepted. Bid security will be submitted before closing of tender physically in Procurement Wing, 2nd Floor, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore, (Tel: 042-99233105). Bidder will also upload the complete scanned copy of their bid in EPADS.

Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the websites of PPRA (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) or Punjab University (www.pu.edu.pk). The bid prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 12-05-2026 till 10:30 (a.m.), which will be opened on the same date at 11:00 (a.m.). If there is a public holiday announced by the Government on the tender opening date, then the tender will be opened on the next working day.
